I can't possibly limit my rating to 5 stars. I hired Emmaximum to deep-clean a very old, long-neglected house. I had no expectations, but I took a chance, based on their reviews on Thumbtack. Kirsten and Chris arrived bright and early with great personalities and positive, generous attitudes. They worked tirelessly all day and transformed the house beyond anything I could have hoped for. They were really excited to show me the fruits of their labor during my walk-through and with good reason. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're even considering having a deep clean of your home, this would truly be the best thing you could do for yourself. Three guys arrived when they said they would, worked hard all day, and systematically cleaned our house. We clean but they got it clean, and that's a big difference. I told them dust was a big thing for me because I seem to have allergic responses to it and they attacked the dust--the house is cleaner and I can breathe better.
My completely and honest/candid review. I thought when booking initially that the price was on the higher end of the spectrum, and it may have been. But you get what you pay for! The two gentlemen that came to clean my house were here for HOURS. They were here for so long because of their keen attention to detail and desire to satisfy me. They told me from the beginning that they weren’t leaving until everything was done to my liking and gave me an opportunity to review their work and ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Truth be told, I didn’t even really have to look because I watched them bust their @** all day and ensure EVERYTHING was done. 5/5 and recommend.
